OUR PLANT

Our production plant combines modern printing technology with efficient workflows designed for industrial-scale reliability. With two flexographic lines, automated inspection systems, and batch-level traceability, every roll is manufactured with precision from start to finish. We operate on flexible production schedules, adapt to customer forecasts, and maintain stock programs to support uninterrupted supply. Sustainable practices—optimized material usage, recycled packaging, and planned solar energy integration—are integral to our daily operations, ensuring both performance and responsibility in every order.

Nilpeter 7-Color Flexo Press (UV & Varnish)
High-performance flexographic printing line with up to seven colors, UV drying, varnishing, and support for a wide range of paper and synthetic industrial materials. Suitable for complex, durable, and high-volume label on rolls production.

1-Color CORONA Press (Sheet Labels & Specialty Work)
Efficient single-color press ideal for sheet labels, simple designs, technical markings, and specialty industrial applications requiring precision and consistency.

Die-Cutting Unit – ERHARDT+LEIMER (Sheet & Custom Shapes)
Industrial die-cutting system for cutting paper and synthetic materials into custom shapes, sizes, and technical formats. Ensures clean, accurate edges and repeatable tolerances.

At FOXX Products, sustainability isn’t an afterthought — it starts directly in our production process. We continuously work to minimize waste at the source, optimizing material usage and planning to prevent unnecessary scrap.

Any remaining production waste is handled responsibly. Paper waste is compacted and fully recycled, while other by-products, such as liner material, are repurposed as protective fill or support material in packaging and product stabilization — extending its lifecycle instead of sending it to landfill.

We also offer labels made from recycled materials, and we can reduce liner or face-stock thickness based on customer requirements — helping to lower material consumption and cost without compromising quality or performance.
